5th District Convention - 2023!

The Ashe County Republican Party participated in the 5th District Convention held in King, NC, on November 11, 2023. An election of new 5th district officers occurred for the upcoming political season. Many speakers were present including NC GOP Chair Michael Whatley and 5th District U.S. Congresswoman Virginia Foxx. Also, in attendance were many candidates running for NC offices including many in the race for Lt. Governor such as Deanna Ballard.
