NCGOP Convention 2024 - Great Speakers!
The NCGOP Convention began on Thursday, May 23rd and ended on Sunday, May 26th. Regular business was conducted in addition to having a large number of speakers during the Memorial Day Weekend.
The convention opened on Thursday night with Kash Patel speaking to the crowd. Then on Friday night we were delighted to have Lara Trump and Eric Trump addressing the audience during the Old Grand Party Dinner. We also heard from President Donald J. Trump from Eric Trump's cell phone.
The Legislative Breakfast included Chief Justice Paul Newby followed by speeches from Judge Jefferson Griffin - candidate for the NC Supreme Court, Judge Valerie Zachary - candidate for NC Court of Appeals, Judge Chris Freeman - candidate for NC Court of Appeals, and Judge Tom Murray - candidate for NC Court of Appeals. Also, Dan Bishop - candidate for NC Attorney General gave an inspiring speech.
There were many NC candidates speaking at the First in Freedom Lunch on Saturday. In addition, we were honored to have Michael Whatley and keynote speaker Vivek Ramanswamy at the First in Freedom Lunch on Saturday.
Saturday night featured North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum and Candidate for NC Governor Mark Robinson. Both provided inspiring speeches to the delegates.
The Sunday morning Prayer Breakfast was enlightening sponsored by the North Carolina Faith and Freedom Coalition and also Radio/TV Host Todd Starnes gave a riveting talk to the attendees.
